I Saw A Fashion Show At The Mall

Here's the scoop on the fashion show which was held at DLF Mall on May 13:

Saturday, May 13 also marked the opening of high - street wear and ethnic brands at DLF Mall of India in Noida. The fashion show was held in the mall itself and I was lucky to witness it!

To celebrate ethnic wear in all it's glory, the theme of the fashion show was Summer Weddings. The ramp represented an indian temple with huge white and golden lotus flowers ( national flower of India ) facing towards the ramp. From beautiful pastel anarkali numbers to ethereal white and golden lehangas and pop colored saris, the show had a lot to offer.

The event's showstopper was Actress Aditi Rao Hydari who was seen in a traditional bridal lehanga. Well, that's a very elegant way to steal the show ;)

 I didn't really went to the mall to see the fashion show because I didn't knew it was happening. It was a coincidence that the day I decided to go shopping, a fashion show also took place in the mall! My day went great and I hope yours went too ;)
