How To Avoid Getting A Tan While Swimming

It is my birthday tomorrow and I wanted to post something that would be very beneficial for you, so I thought to give you some tips on how you can avoid getting a tan while you swim. I use these all the time cause I go swimming 4 days in a week and it's summer time and who doesn't go to the swimming pool to have some fun in the water?
Apply waterproof sunscreen with an SPF of 15 or higher before entering the pool.

Take a bath with lukewarm water after swimming, including your hair, even if you wore a swim cap. This will rinse the chlorine away form your hair and skin, which reduces skin dryness.

Swimming in chlorinated water can give you dry skin, so apply an after-swimming lotion. Applying this on the damp skin after a bath will keep dryness in check.

Banana is a good cleanser and helps reduce the dark spots you get when you swim. Make a face pack by mashing a banana with some honey or avocado or kiwi, and apply after you swim.
