Why Do We Need Skin Pampering At This Time?
Not only do facials and spa treatments help you de-tan, but they also nourish the skin and soothen it, reducing the effects of harsh sun exposure.
Here are a few more ingredients than can help you de-tan:
LIME-SUGAR SCRUB

Sugar and lime work have a dual action - to exfoliate the skin and de-tan it.
How to use: Mix sugar granules with lime juice and apply it on the face in slow, circular motions. Add some glycerin to this if you have dry skin. Rinse after 15 minutes.
POTATO JUICE

Potato is another effective de-tanning agent.
How to use: Blend sliced potato (without the skin) with water and lime juice. Apply this on the skin and rinse off after 20 minutes.
FRESH COCONUT WATER

The good old coconut water helps to remove skin blemishes and reduces tanning!
How to use: Apply coconut water on it's own or with fuller's earth to make a paste. Apply, let it dry and rinse off after 10 minutes.
PAPAYA

Papaya is also touted as a quick and effective glow-getter. It smoothes the skin, giving it radiant look.
How to use: Cut a chunk of papaya. Mash it in a bowl and apply the mix on your face. Rinse after 10 minutes.



Use a scrub made of gram flour and milk. Wash it off once it dries.




Spritz thermal spa water on your face at least thrice a day or apply a light calamine lotion
